A Secret Page is the page people see after scanning the QR code on your NOVARO piece. You can add a title, text, link and optional media.

Can I change my Secret Page after ordering?
Yes. You receive a private edit link that lets you update your Secret Page.
Can I add a video or image?
Yes. You can add approved media to your Secret Page. Videos are shown as clean, muted loops when supported by the browser.
Does the QR code really work?
Yes. The QR code links to your Secret Page and is generated for your specific piece.
Can I link to Instagram, TikTok or YouTube?
Yes. You can add a link to your Secret Page, as long as it follows NOVARO's content rules.
Is my Secret Page checked before production?
Normal text and links are designed to be simple to update. Media or unsafe content may be checked before production to keep NOVARO clean and safe.
Can I order more than one piece?
Yes. Each piece can have its own Secret Page.
What happens if my Secret Page is rejected?
You can edit it and submit a safer version.
Is NOVARO a normal printed shirt?
No. The clothing is minimal, but the QR code adds an interactive Secret Page behind the design.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to supported EU countries.
Can I return a personalized product?
Personalized products are usually excluded from normal withdrawal rights once production has started. Check the return policy before ordering.
Is the Secret Page public?
Anyone with the QR code or page link can open the Secret Page. Do not add private information you do not want others to see.
